I have a specific location I would like to go, are you able to assist me this this? Absolutely we can – we know a lot of nurses and midwives have places they want to visit; travel and work and we will do everything we can to make this happen! Obviously securing these placements really comes down to the individual site needs, the clinical skills that our employee’s have and the timeframes, however we aim to give you an individualized service that gives you every opportunity to fulfil those dream placements.
Why don’t you detail your payrates/incentives on your website? Pay rates and incentives vary from site to site, state to state and depending on the demand - there is not just one standard rate of pay.
Do you employ AIN’s or PCA’s? No. We only employ AHPRA Registered nurses and midwives.

With our founders both having more than 25 years combined experience in the health care industry, we know first-hand what is important to nurses and midwives working in the current climate. We offer a personalised approach, exclusively hiring a team of nurses and midwives who we can provide a professional and individualised service to. Our focus, is to ensure that our staff feel listened to, are renumerated well, have access to high quality placements, accommodation and incentives. We will reward loyalty to our agency, with above award wages, bonuses and end of placement feedback surveys to ensure that we can constantly improve and make changes to improve the experience for all of our staff. Unlike other agencies, we hire a very limited number of highly skilled staff and rigorously screen our applicants to ensure that each employee’s experience and skillset meet the needs of the sites we supply staff to.
Do you offer any assistance with training or upskilling? Kenmore Health Recruitment provides a weekly subsidy while on contract, for professional development and training (T&C's apply)
Who runs Kenmore Health Recruitment Pty Ltd? Kenmore Health Recruitment was founded by an Ahpra registered Nurse and Midwife who has extensive experience in the recruitment space, as well as having worked for many years as a Remote Area Nurse.
Do you have pet friendly accomodation for regional contracts? This varies from site to site, but definitely can be arranged. Reach out to see how we can help you.
I’ve worked with other agencies before, and your just another number. Aren’t you just the same as the rest of them? We know a lot of staff expressing interest in working with Kenmore Health Recruitment Pty Ltd will have worked for other private agencies and have had both good and bad experiences. We are striving to be different in every aspect. We rigorously screen our staff to ensure that they have the extensive experience and skillsets that we require, in order to place them at sites that will appreciate and utilise their skills. This rigorous screening process means that unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to employ every person that applies with Kenmore Health Recruitment. Instead, we are very selective about the number of staff we employ, the skills that we require and how we can best look after our employee’s and provide an excellent service to our clients (health facilities).
Do you offer Salary Packaging? Not yet – however watch this space! This is definitely something we are working on and hope to be able to provide to our staff soon.
